Award Winning Stewardship
Farm Director Aimee Jo Morris was the winner of the
2024 Governor's Keystone Award
and
2021 York County Outstanding Stewardship Award
From York County Conservation District
Meet Our Farm Director:
USMC Aimee Jo Morris, RN
Aimee Jo Morris is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, nurse, and farmer whose life’s work bridges medicine, service, and the healing power of the land. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, and she currently works in the wellness field while also serving as the Founder and Farm Director of Glenn Hope Care Farm.
In 2018, Aimee transitioned her family farm into a nonprofit sanctuary for Veterans, inspired by both her military service and her grandfather, Glenn F. Cunningham Sr., whose legacy of patriotism and service continues to shape the heart of the farm. Following in his footsteps, Aimee is part of the less than 2% of Americans who serve as farmers, continuing a tradition of stewardship, resilience, and community care.
As the visionary behind Glenn Hope Care Farm, Aimee set out to bridge the gap between clinical healthcare and natural healing environments. The farm embraces “Green Care” principles: using plants, animals, and the land itself to support the mind, body, and spirit through connection, purpose, and presence. In recognition of her leadership and service, she was honored with the 2024 Governor’s Keystone Award.
To help sustain the nonprofit mission, she also founded Glenn Hope Agricare LLC, which supports farming operations and production.
Beyond the farm, Aimee is the co-owner of Revival Beauty & Wellness, where she serves as an HRT, infusion, and Botox specialist, helping clients restore balance and vitality through integrative care.
Glenn Hope Care Farm is both a tribute to Glenn F. Cunningham Sr. and a living vision of what healing can look like when rooted in humility, trust, empathy, and community. Aimee Jo's prayer is that Glenn Hope will remain a place where people feel seen, valued, and restored, where hope is cultivated alongside the harvest.
